ELMAR Crete SA was founded in 2011 by its main shareholder “E. KOKOLINAKIS SA”, a creation of Nikolaos Kokolinakis. Since 1956, Nikolaos Kokolinakis traded the highest quality olive oils from his native Crete, specifically from the Chania region.

Elmar is housed in a
privately owned 2,500m² space,

and its facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art bottling and packaging infrastructure. The investment was made entirely with own capital and our main concern is the continuous modernization of the mechanical equipment and innovation in production activity.

Decades of experience in the production and trade of olive oil guide us with passion and devotion in our effort to provide daily for the consumer's table the most authentic products, respecting tradition and needs.

The state-of-the-art bottling machinery and decades of experience and know-how throughout the production process ensure the ideal balance of value and quality that defines the Mediterranean diet.

Our vision is the international networking and strengthening of the company, while respecting the reliability and capabilities of its internal and external economic environment.
