Kalamon Olives

This is one of the top varieties of table olives, with a fruit weight of 3-6 grams and a characteristic cylindrical-conical shape. Its thin and elastic skin acquires a deep black color at the stage of full maturity, offering a unique appearance and rich flavor.

Its flesh is firm, with distinct fruity and slightly salty notes, ideal for daily consumption but also for gourmet creations.
