Green Chalkidiki Olives

This variety is cultivated mainly in the areas of Chalkidiki, Kavala, Serres, and the coastal zones of Northern Greece. It is a large-fruited olive with a fruit weight of 6-10 grams and a characteristic asymmetric, oval shape.

Distinguished for:

  • High flesh to pit ratio
  • Bright green to greenish-yellow color
  • Distinctive aroma and slightly bitter flavor

Available Forms

Chalkidiki olive is offered in a variety of forms:

  • Whole
  • Pitted
  • Stuffed (with almond, garlic, red pepper or red pepper paste)
  • Sliced

Sizes range from 80 to 181-200 pieces/kg, while for the stuffed versions sizes are limited to 80 to 101-110 pieces/kg, which are ideal for stuffing.
